Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there will be a significant delay.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days): Calculated at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries worldwide.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Disclaimer: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work quickly to find a satisfactory solution.

  • If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting support.
